Importante: Nueva Cuota Anual de Asilo

USCIS y EOIR (Corte de Inmigración) ahora requieren una cuota anual de $100 para todas las personas que tienen una solicitud de asilo pendiente, sin importar cuándo fue presentada.

• Si su solicitud de asilo está pendiente con USCIS, debe pagar la cuota inicial de $100 ahora, y luego pagar $100 cada año mientras su caso siga pendiente.

• Si su solicitud de asilo está pendiente en la Corte de Inmigración (EOIR), Sterger Law Group ya pagó la cuota inicial de $100 en su nombre, pero usted deberá pagar $100 cada año a partir de ahora.

Important: New Annual Asylum Fee

USCIS and EOIR (Immigration Court) now require a $100 annual fee from everyone who has a pending asylum application, regardless of when it was filed.

• If your asylum application is pending with USCIS, you must pay the initial $100 fee now, and then pay $100 each year while your case remains pending.

• If your asylum application is pending in Immigration Court (EOIR), Sterger Law Group has already paid the initial $100 fee on your behalf, but you will still be required to pay $100 each year going forward.
